The roofing systems at the Century City facility were experiencing significant leaks that impacted Talgo’s operations.
BEPG was retained by The Sigma Group in conjunction with American Design Inc. to assess the roofing, above-roof cladding, and roofing drainage systems to provide recommendations for repair and maintenance.
Roofing systems included structural standing-seam with failed transverse joints, standing seam joints, and built-in gutter assemblies.
Wall panels, modified bituminous, and built-up roofing systems were also failing and contributing to the recurring building leaks.
