The project consisted of a 560-space underground parking garage, a first-floor commercial space, and 48 additional parking spaces above the first-floor space. Building Envelope Professionals Group (BEPG) was engaged to provide third-party quality assurance services for blind-side, vertical, and horizontal waterproofing and air barrier systems for the installing contractor, Zander Solutions.
During the project, BEPG staff worked closely with Zander Solutions, the general contractor, the design architect, and the City of Madison to provide effective project services.
