We provide building envelope quality assurance (QA) services through all phases of design and construction.
Pre-design and design-phase includes Peer Review of architectural drawings and specifications to provide recommendations for building envelope performance and constructability.
Construction phase QA includes attendance at pre-construction meetings and QA site visits and reporting. Construction phase services can be provided on a part-time, “as needed” basis, or on a full-time, continuous presence whenever select building-envelope related or impacting work is occurring.
