Most of our services can be provided on a third-party basis. Typical examples include:
- An independent review of an Owner’s roof asset management program
- An independent opinion regarding proposals received from contractors for repair or rehabilitation work
- An independent constructability review of a design for a general contractor
- An independent assessment of existing roofing conditions for a building owner
We treat third-party services as independent and unbiased as possible. Some consultants often use third-party engagements as a “lost leader” to get their foot into the door of a new client or assume it is the beginning of a larger project. We do not; we approach each third-party engagement as a completely separate, stand-alone project without the possibility of continued engagement.
