Eric Raatz was the engineer on a project I worked on for a condo complex on Madison’s east side. The building had 2 areas with sub-standard construction that allowed water to penetrate the building envelope. BEPG managed the project with CG Schmidt as the contractor. The job was done on time and on budget. Eric kept the project on track with timely inspections. His detailed approach helped the progress of the project as well as providing an important double check of the work being done to make sure the project scope was being adhered to.
