We provide insurance assessment and third-party, umpire services for disputed insurance claims where insurance policies mandate resolution through the use of an Umpire.
Expert Witness Services
We provide expert witness, third-party consulting services in legal disputes and litigation involving building envelope claims or suits. The majority of these services are provided directly to attorneys to maintain beneficial rules of discovery (in some venues) to benefit the client. We have provided services both “for” and “against” contractors, building owners, and material manufacturers.
