Adam Geszvain is a Project Manager for Building Envelope Professionals Group, LLC, located in Oregon, Wisconsin. BEPG provides professional building envelope services including the analysis and design of roofing, waterproofing, fenestration, and masonry/cladding systems.
Adam specializes in the drafting of roofing and building envelope rehabilitation details, and has completed multiple large and complex building-envelope related rehabilitation projects. He also performs Quality Assurance (QA) site inspections on rehabilitation projects, and completes non-invasive roofing moisture surveys on a regular basis.
Adam graduated from ITT Technical Institute in November 2000 with his Associates Degree in CAD Technology. He has 12+ years’ experience working with roof and building envelope consultants completing CAD drawings and project manuals for several different projects. Adam is also active with the Wisconsin Chapter of IIBEC (Formerly RCI, Inc.) and is the acting Treasurer. Adam recently obtained his Registered Roof Observer professional registration and is now working to complete the proper experience and education to sit for the Registered Roof Consultant exam. Prior to his drafting and project manager career, Adam worked as a mechanical drafter for a Milwaukee-area industrial gearbox and electric motor manufacturer.
Adam and his girlfriend, Nicole, recently purchased their first home together and live in Waterloo, WI and have two dogs together. Adam enjoys travelling, attending sporting events and concerts, and spending time with family.
